30 years of experience in Personnel Management in the areas of sales, corporate headquarters and international business in the Information Technology and Telecommunication industry.

He has worked mostly for the Nixdorf Computer AG and Siemens. He was Managing Director for a global vocational Training Centre and an Institute for Information Technology and Telecommunication (MBA-Program for graduates) in Germany.

He has worked in the Asia/Pacific region for over 10 years.

Arik Soh

Arik possesses substantial years of experience in the capacity of sales and marketing across different industries. He has established extensive local and regional network while he was driving recruitment advertising sales in a major local print media owner, project managing world-class trade exhibitions and events with an international exhibition organizer and spear-heading the sales and marketing division of an international research firm.

For the last 4 years, Arik was one of the founders of a human resource / recruitment firm and has been instrumental in its creation and success. During this period, he worked closely with many local SME and international MNC clients on different aspects of their human capital needs, particularly in recruitment, executive search placement and human resource outsourcing.

Arik is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin and fluent in most major Chinese dialects. He obtained his BSc (Econs) in Management Studies from the University of London.
